The Math Learning Center

Back to Math Resources

The App Collection

The Math Learning Center includes information on the "Bridges in Mathematics" curriculum as well as resources for teachers using the curriculum. As part of that curriculum The Math Learning Center developed a series of applications that could be used as visual and interactive learning tools.

Instead of concentrating on their curriculum I am going to focus on the apps available to teachers for free.

Simple solutions

The Math Learning Center free apps are designed to be used with their curriculum, though they can be used to visually represent multiple concepts for PreK-5th grade students.

Math at Home

The "Free Resources" page contains links to other resources such as their podcast, published lessons, information ont heir University Program, and their "Math at Home" site.

The Math at Home site contains free activities sorted by grade level that can be used by students and their families to gain extra understanding and practice with concepts that are being covered in the Bridges curriculum.
